Thank you for visiting Energy Matters NH. The idea for this site came from numerous inquiries from consumers looking for non biased information about how to save energy and replace fossil fuels with renewable energy.

The Energy Solution |
In the US today buildings are responsible for 48% of the greenhouse gasses emitted. The good news is that it is possible and cost effective to significantly cut these emissions and the corresponding energy it takes to produce them. Estimates for potential savings of these gasses range between 30% and 50%.
There has long been a need for a place where homeowners and businesses could get information about energy efficiency, renewable energy and related questions. It is the mission of Energy Matters NH to provide this resource to the community.
On these pages you will find information about upcoming workshops and classes related to energy efficiency and renewable energy including, but not limited to, the following areas:
- Energy efficiency, Solar, Wind, Geothermal, Bio-fuel technologies.
- Resources for homeowners wishing to complete energy improvements on their dwellings

- Information and data from an ongoing case study being conducted by students in the Energy Services Program at Lakes Region Community College.
